• Designed and implemented a routing system for records partitioned across clusters, tables, and buckets, handling 300–500K requests/sec from ~40 services with sub-millisecond average resolution time.
• Reindexed Elasticsearch indices containing billions of documents and TiBs of data; automated phased resharding to reduce operational overhead.

• Developed a moderation pipeline for 1-to-1 email, resulting in the termination of 3,000 malicious accounts in the first four months.
